Co-Founder & Director

Born and raised in Brighton, Ollie brings over seven years of valuable experience across sales, residential lettings, and student lettings.

As the face of Taylor Michael, he conducts the majority of property valuations, offering expert advice, detailed feedback, and guiding clients seamlessly from viewings to completion.

With a deep understanding of the local market and a commitment to exceptional service, Ollie remains office-based and is always available for client calls and consultations.

With over 25 years in the property industry, Tom has a proven track record of running successful businesses and driving growth through strong relationships.

He believes that the foundation of any great property business lies in the people, including clients, tenants, suppliers, and the internal team. Alongside strategic leadership, Tom is hands-on in conducting valuations and consistently delivers strong results across both the sales and rental sectors.

Victoria brings 17 years of property industry experience and oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, including managing all account payments.

Her background has evolved to include strategic operations and business integration, which she uses to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. Passionate about efficiency and client satisfaction, Victoria plays a key role in keeping Taylor Michael running smoothly behind the scenes.

Holly herriot​

Property Management director

After completing her degree at Leeds University, Holly returned to her hometown of Brighton to pursue a thriving career in property.

She leads the property management department at Taylor Michael, ensuring every landlord’s investment is professionally maintained and tenants are well supported. Holly has established long-standing relationships with trusted contractors, ensuring all maintenance issues are handled promptly and efficiently.

Chloe Stringer

Lettings Co-ordinator

With over five years of experience in the industry, Chloe plays a vital role in helping tenants transition smoothly into their new homes.

From the moment a property is secured, she provides support through every stage of the move-in process, including key collection and onboarding. Known for her friendly and approachable manner, Chloe builds strong relationships and ensures each tenant feels well looked after.

Natasha Brill

Lettings Negotiator

Natasha is a friendly and engaging lettings negotiator who carries out the majority of property viewings for Taylor Michael.

With two years of experience in both sales and lettings, she brings a confident, knowledgeable presence to every client interaction. Her warm and professional approach makes her a trusted point of contact for prospective tenants and landlords alike.

Working closely with Holly in the property management team, Liam supports tenants and landlords to ensure all aspects of the tenancy run smoothly.

With a business degree under his belt, he combines academic insight with practical know-how to deliver great outcomes for clients. Liam is known for his proactive approach and for building solid relationships with tenants from the moment they collect their keys.
