We are Ollie Taylor and Tom Michael Ghibaldan and we’re delighted to introduce Taylor Michael, our newly established independent lettings and estate agency.
The agency is new, but our extensive experience operating in the sector is not.

Ollie has worked in the industry for 6 years having managed one of Brightons larger student agencies on the South Coast.
He has a deep understanding of the intricacies of the local student market, and has a long history of achieving outstanding results for landlords.

Tom has a 25 year history of founding and leading one of Brighton & Hove’s largest letting agencies.
He recognises that the success of any property business is based on its relationships with its people - this includes landlords, tenants, as well as suppliers, contractors and of course the team itself.
