The property comprises five good-sized bedrooms, with each room furnished to provide the key essentials required for student living, including a bed, desk and wardrobe. The bedrooms offer plenty of space for both studying and relaxing, while the practical furniture provision means tenants can move in without the expense or inconvenience of furnishing their rooms themselves.

A particular benefit of the house is the separate living room, providing a dedicated communal space away from the bedrooms where housemates can relax and socialise together. This is complemented by a large fitted kitchen, offering excellent cupboard and worktop space and creating a practical area for a five-person household. The separation between the kitchen, living accommodation and bedrooms makes the property especially well suited to shared student living.

Externally, the house further benefits from a private driveway, providing useful off-road parking – a particularly valuable feature for a student property in Brighton. The property is situated within a popular residential area with everyday amenities and transport connections within easy reach, allowing tenants to enjoy a quieter residential setting while remaining well connected to the universities and the wider city.

Hillside is an excellent location for University of Sussex students, with the campus accessible by a short bus journey and local transport links providing convenient connections towards the university and central Brighton. With five furnished bedrooms, a separate living room, spacious kitchen and driveway, this is a fantastic opportunity for a group of students looking for a comfortable and well-located home. Early viewing is highly recommended, and prospective tenants are encouraged to contact Taylor Michael to arrange their viewing and secure the property for the forthcoming academic year.
